What the endowment did in 2025, in numbers
The fund we invest in reports the outcomes attributable to each investor’s holding. Here is what our share achieved last year.

Because the endowment is invested in a positive impact fund, it does good before a penny of it is granted. The fund manager reports the outcomes attributable to our holding alone. For 2025 these were:
- 181 tonnes of CO2 avoided
- 1.3 million litres of clean water provided
- 4.3 million litres of waste water treated
- 10 tonnes of waste recycled
- 116 MWh of renewable energy generated
- 9.1 KW of renewable capacity installed
- 182 patients treated and 407 medical interventions
- 278 hours of education delivered
- 117 people reached with preventative healthcare
- 29 people given access to financial services and 5 to mobile networks
These figures are the fund’s, not ours, and we report them as given. They are a reminder that the choice of where to hold the endowment matters almost as much as the grants themselves.
